I was skeptical about this tasting good, but it really does! Instead of dreading taking it, I actually like the taste and look forward to my daily doses. Since starting this fish oil at 2 teaspoons 2x/day, my soreness from weightlifting has nearly disappeared. My muscles still get tired & tender, but not excruciatingly sore like they used to.
