Digest contains a high potency, balancing blend of all of the necessary enzymes to assist the body in digesting and assimilating the nutrients in every meal.* Enzymes are a delicate lifelike substance found in all living cells whether human, animal or plant. There are two types of enzymes that the body produces. The first, called metabolic enzymes, catalyze and regulate all biochemical reactions that occur within every living cell.

Our bodies naturally produce both digestive and metabolic enzymes as they are needed. Since most of the foods we eat are either cooked or processed (destroying the enzymes contained within the food) our bodies must produce the majority of the digestive enzymes we require, unless we use supplemental enzymes to aid in the digestive process.
Digest is designed and recommended for individuals who want to fully benefit from the nutrients in the foods they consume, decrease the amount of energy the body utilizes in digestion, increase enzyme potential, and support the functions of the body with a high quality digestive enzyme blend. Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule at the beginning of every meal. It is important to note that everyone is different.

1) the amount of food consumed, 2) if alcohol was included with the meal,
3) the health of the individual, 4) the efficiency of the individual's digestive system.
