I've definitely been around the block with more than one powdered super food supplement, so I generally set my expectations at a reasonable level (mediocre). But, I was quite surprised at how much I absolutely love this supplement! I add one full scoop to my protein shake each morning and it blends wonderfully. No grainy sediment at the bottom of the glass and no funky coating on the glass. Almost right away, I noticed an increase in energy and most surprisingly, a decrease in appetite. I've really focused on meeting all of my nutritional needs and this completely fills in the gaps I was previously missing. Wonderful product! I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
