Deionized Water, Sweet Almond Oil, Glycerin (vegetable derived), Stearic Acid (plant derived), Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides (coconut derived), Cetearyl Alcohol (vegetable derived), Cetyl Alcohol (vegetable derived), Chaste Tree Berry, Cetearyl Glucoside (plant derived), Red Clover, Dong Quai, Hydroxyethylcellulose (plant fibers), Titanium Dioxide, Squaline (olive oil derived), Allantoin (sugar beet derived), Xanthan Gum (seaweed), Black Cohosh, Evening Primrose Oil, Arnica Extract, Tetrasodium EDTA, Apricot Kernel Oil, Phenoxyethanol (preservative).
Suggested Use :
Amount: Apply 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily to areas of the body high in capillary count, such as chest, throat, face, breasts, palms of hands, or soles of feet.
How Often: Menstruating women use on days 12-26 of menstrual cycle. Non- menstruating women use 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
