MegaFood Herb Free Baby and Me is a comprehensive prenatal formula which can be used prior to and throughout pregnancy as well as during the period of lactation. With nutrients in their safe and gentle whole food form, this supplement is easy on the stomach and well-tolerated by moms to be who are suffering from morning sickness.

The recommended daily dose provides for the full requirement of specific nutrients such as Folic Acid and Iron.

Suggested Use:

4 tablets daily. May be taken throughout the day, even on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients: Plant cellulose, vegetable lubricant. 100% whole food iron in non-binding and gentle on the stomach.

Tested to be free of: Gluten, dairy, soy, pesticides and herbicides. Does not contain corn or wheat.

I've been using this product for 2 wks. now and They are gr8, I'm not currently pregnant but is trying, so let u no how it goes, but like other vitamins,I don't have gas after taking them,I recommend this to anyone that is looking for good muti vitamins.
