Suggested Use:

I really love these vitamins. I have taken a few different kinds during my pregnancy and notice a difference in how I feel and my energy levels. I am considering taking the regular multivitamin for women after I have this baby and even getting my husband on the ones for men. They are bigger pills than most and you do take more than average daily but I would still recommend them.
