I started taking this products for hair shedding, breakage and growth, I think that this product helped with the shedding about 70%. I have not taken these pills for about 2-3 weeks because I ran out and my shedding has returned uncontrollably. I also noticed that these have helped my nails to grow strong with beautiful white tips now the are turning darker again and ripping constantly not one time on these vitamins did my nail break even after banging them.

I have noticed a significant (Good) change in my hair. All of a sudden it takes off and started to really grow. I didn't really notice until I was using a lot more shampoo than normal and had my hair tangled in my cats claws, then you notice the length! It grew so fast I didn't even see it happening.

i have been using these supplements for about 6 months and i love them! i have problematic skin and it tends to be oily, you would think im a teenager but im actually 38, i never thought i would be targeting wrinkles and acne at the same time. My face is completely clear, with the occasional blemish or two due to hormones once a month ;) even the T-zone isnt as oily, i will continue to use these vitamins and highly recommend them!

I have been using this product for 2 1/2 months. I originally purchased it at a local organic market in my area. The sales person highly recommended because it is a food based product and you can take it on an empty stomach. I decided to try it although, I thought it was a little high. The bottle that they carried only lasted 20 days. I wasn't happy about that but decided to try it anyway. I must say that after I finished the bottle I noticed an overall change in my skin, hair and nails. I then found this website and was pleasantly surprized that I could order a larger bottle that would last me longer for less then I would pay at my local market. The longer I've been taking the vitamins the more improved changes I've seen. In particular I've noticed that my hair has completely changed textures and it is growing like a weed. I'm glad that I found MyNatural, the price is great, the shipping cost is fantastic and I received the product within the time they said it would arrive...which in my opinion for the price was pretty fast. Thanks for making this great product affordable.
