I love these Vitamins. I also appreciate that MyNatural Market's provides a great quality product at a convenient price. Since I have started taking these vitamins, along with my daily diet regiment + exercise (was training for a half-marathon), I have noticed results in my energy and performance level. I was so happy about these vitamins, that I also gave them to one of my close friends...she has also noticed changes in her energy level as well.

These are the very best multi-v's I have ever taken! I happen to have a very sensitive stomach, and too much zinc or B-12, even with food, just gets tossed back up! Whenever I've stopped taking them for more than a week, after only two days of taking these I can see a tremendous improvement in my skin and energy. It seems to strengthen my immunity as well. My skin clears up and looks younger, and I don't feel as lethargic. Also, I tend to get less muscle cramps. This site has them a lot cheaper than at the local food market (they sell them for $20 for only 30 tablets). I love that this has Cranberry, organic balancing and strengthening herbs, alpha and beta carotenes, and cartenoids. It's funny that whenever I've taken vitamins that had tons more potency but weren't food based, if I managed to keep them down, I'd still not get nearly the effects that I get from these guys. They are right on their label, "Less is more with food"!

Love MegaFood!! Too expensive at my local organic market. This site has them at a great price. Good shipping and it was fast enough. These vitamins are fantastic.
