Cold Pressed/ Zero Trans Fat Non-GMO Nature's Way EFAGold® is the highest quality Flax seed oil - guaranteed to contain 57% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) from non-GMO seeds. ALA is an important Omega-3 essential fatty acid which must be obtained in your everyday diet.

Directions
Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 1 to 3 times daily. May also be used in salad dressings, dips and spreads; on bread, rice and pasta or stirred into yogurt, cottage cheese, juice or cold beverages. Refrigerate after opening Notes
