I buy this vitamin and have it shipped to my son who works climbing trees. He has told me many good things about it. The men that work with him bum them off him. They asked him how he keeps going and he shared his vitamins with them. After taking one they all claim that they have much more energy and it helps them through these awful hot days we are having. Tom says they are a "wonder drug!" I feel if it helps him this much I will continue buying them forever. Thank you My Natural Market for making such a wonderful vitamin available to hard working men. Tom is their foreman and likes helping his crew so.......

I have been using the Alive Men's Multi vitamins and minerals for 9 months with no complaints. It has the proper mix along with other nutrients to help the gastointestinal tract. It also has chelated minerals where needed to help the body absorb much easier.
