    These vitamins are great! They can be taken with or without food and they keep me energized - I am keeping my eyes open where I was so tired I was falling asleep. Great, Great whole food vitamin!

    I have recommended Alive multivitamins to each of my four sisters and all but one (who can never remember to take vitamins) is currently using them. One of my sisters has a very delicate stomach and throws up with most multivitamins. She is able to take the Alive one a day multivitamin with zero queasiness. My other two sisters take the womens' one a day, but this one is my particular poison since I don't mind taking my vitamins throughout the day and my OB/GYN said that this is a suitable prenatal vitamin with its large amounts of Folic Acid (which is great since Alice doesn't make a prenatal). Possible down sides: There was one lady below mentioning these things are huge, and she's right. I don't have any problem swallowing them, but if you have problems swallowing large tablets, these probably aren't for you. Other than that, these are great :)

    I have been taking this product about a year now, I have tried other vitiams but only alive truly makes me feel great. I not only get vitamins but fruit and vegs as well. I will never buy any thing else again . I LOVE ALIVE

    I wonder if any of you have taken a dose of your own medicine?? These vitamins are so large, I am unable to swallow them. Do they have to be so large? I would love to take them, but the size prevents it. No where on the package showed the actual size.

    I found this product easy to take on an empty stomach though I only take one at a time. I take one in the morning and one at night with a fish oil tablet.
