Along with the other reviewers, I have PCOS and have issue's menstrating each month without the help of birth control. After taking this along with Black Cohosh for three weeks, I was able to menstrate without the help of the birth control. This is allowing me to gain what I am missing for hormones and is getting me on the right track to becoming pregnant.

I am pleased to say that after spotty period for 8 years ( after the birth of my daughter) and havent had one since last November, I finally had one. Ive only been on for 2 weeks. so far Im sold. anyone stuggling with PCOS please try.

I began taking this along with Black Cohosh to regulate my menstrual cycle ( which is nonexistent because I have PCOS) and I got a period after 4 weeks of use!! I am reordering both products. These were as effective at causing menstruation as birth control pills. I like that these are actually natural, and do not prevent pregnancy. I am trying to be more fertile, not less, so these aren't counter intuitive like the Pill is either. Thrilled with the results!
