So far, so good! The only vitamin I can take without hurting my stomach. And two dry patches of skin I could not get rid of for the life of me (even with prescribed cream) are clearing up since I began taking Perfect Prenatal. My mind is at ease knowing I am getting the folate I need through a whole food source!

Only prenatal vitamin I would ever use!

Love theses vitamins, you can truly take them on an empty stomach and you will not feel nauseous! One of the biggest reasons i felt nauseous in my last pregnancy is because of my prenatal vitamin. I dreaded taking it every day and i even felt sick when i took it with food. My sister recommended a whole food prenatal vitamin, so i thought i would give it a try. The best part no weird ingredients and all natural! Simply wonderful. My only issue was that there was over $17 of duty if you're buying from Canada, but i bought 2 bottles and there's really nothing the company can do about that. Just a heads up for people buying from canada. All that said which the duty and taxes in I still payed way more at my local health food store for the same vitamin.

I am an experienced midwife who has delivered over 1200 babies. In my opinion, this is the best prenatal vitamin on the market. It can be taken on an empty stomach, even during those nausea days. Anyone who tries the free sample always comes back to purchase a bottle because they make you feel so good.

The best multivitamin I have every taken. Did not create nausea and keeps my skin and hair beautiful and shiny. I take it even though I am no longer pregnant or nursing. Has probiotics that help with my digestion. Thank for the recommendation.
