Our thistle honey comes from wild Mediterranean thistle bushes found deep in the mountains. Only a limited supply of honey is available. Unlike inferior honeys, the bees which produce this wild natural honey are never fed sugar.
Suggested Use:
Take 1 or 2 teaspoons daily as raw wild food. Use as a natural sweetener on cereals, in smoothies, or in yogurt.
No Sugars or synthetic chemicals added.
