This product works just mah-velously!!! I truly love it. I would say this is probably my favorite of all the eye makeup removers I have used over these many years! It works. I always buy water-soluble mascara, so not sure how it would work on non-water-soluble mascara. But I did use it with my L'Oreal mascara that I was finishing up when I got my new Physicians Formula mascara (see my review for that as well) and it worked great on that as well. Now I use it with my Physicians Formula mascara and it is a joy to apply. It is fresh, clean, works incredibly well. I look forward to using it. Fast shipping, well packaged, good service.
