The Ionic Absorption Micron Filters used in the Aclare Travel Bottle are the most tested filters ever produced. The unique blend of media used in each filter remove the majority of all pollutants and contaminants found in any fresh water supply.

These filters remove not only chlorine, bad taste, sediment and odor, they also remove pathogens such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Anthrax and E-Coli bacteria. Chemicals such as such as PCB’s, herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, DDT, THM’s, detergents and other organic compounds. Inorganic heavy metals such as Lead, Mercury, Aluminum, Asbestos, Arsenic and Chromium 6 are also removed.
