I give these gel caps to my dog -- a good coat starts from the inside out. I simply puncture the cap and squeeze the oil on her food. She has the shiniest, blackest coat imaginable -- it is almost luminescent. Everyone notices how beautiful her coat is. The oil also helped solve a terrible skin itching problem that she had when I adopted her at 2 months.
