Carlson Super Omega-3 soft gels contain a special concentrate of fish body oils from deep, cold water fish including mackerel and sardines which are especially rich in the important Omega-3's EPA and DHA.

THIS PRODUCT is regularly tested (using AOAC international protocols) for freshness, potency and purity by an independent, FDA-registered laboratory and has been determined to be fresh, fully potent and free of detectable levels of mercury, cadmium, lead, PCB's and 28 other contaminants.

Natural Vitamin E is added to preserve the freshness of the fish oil in the substantial amount of 10 IU per capsule in the form of d-Alpha tocopherol.

Natural Vitamin E protects the freshness of the soft gel and within our bodies by preventing oxidation of the polyunsaturated oil.

Other Ingredients: Soft gel Shell: Beef gelatin, glycerin, water.

Yes, these are larger capsules, but not that bad. Easier to swallow then larger tablets. These are very high quality and I believe have helped my joints, helped to lower bad and raise good cholesterols.

These soft gels tablets are very good for joint pains and general health. However, I just wish, it was made more sensibly. It is very big to swallow. The reports of these tablets are very good. The fish that they are made from are not random fishes. It is made after a study based on what kind of fishes, what kind of water they breed in, what is the avg temp. of the water they live in and many such things. Recommended
