Being deficient in vitamin D3 put one at great risk of disease. It's like Sunshine in a gel cap. Because in Iowa the sun is not strong enough esp. in the winter 2 help the body make vitamin D3 I take it daily at least 5-6000 IU's a day. I'm always looking 4 products that are free of Magnesium sterate. Many other products that Carlson sells does have it in but I won't purchase any of those. I want products that helps improve my health not hurt it. The price is good here at mynaturalmarket and I'm ususally impressed with the fast delivery & the way they pack the products as not 2 send too big of a box & waste... Thanks I appreciate that.

So far I have been able to take the Vitamin D3. I have had a problem with taking vitamins that I have bought over the counter. This vitamin D3 has made me feel better.

I do not likethe fact they switch to larger size gel. Where is micro size?
