Description:

This formula had been used historically for any eye disorder such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinopathy and night blindness. In addition, this formula has been used to help promote the general health of the eyes.

Bayberry bark contains astringent compounds that reduce the secretion of fluids, reduce pain and shrink inflamed tissues. Golden seal root is an excellent herbal source of trace minerals, which include: cobalt, iron, magnesium, manganese, silicon and zinc. It is also an excellent herbal source of vitamin C. Eyebright herb also contains astringent compounds that shrink inflamed tissues. It also consists of bitter compounds that relieve pains, are antiseptic and soothe inflamed mucous membranes. This herb is also an excellent herbal source of B-1, B-2, niacin, calcium, cobalt, magnesium, manganese and zinc. Red Raspberry leaves consists of astringent compounds that help to relieve pain and shrink inflamed tissues. This herb is also a great herbal source of manganese. Cayenne is widely used in Dr. Christopher’s original Formulas as a catalyst herb. Its stimulant effects speed the circulation causing it to enhance digestion and absorption and thus the effectiveness of nearly any Dr. Christopher original Formula.

A base of 36-42% pure grain alcohol.

Directions:

As a dietary supplement take 10-15 drops internally 3 times a day or as directed by your health care professional. (DO NOT put drops directly in the eyes)

As an eyewash Externally (Eye Application). Shake Well. Place 3-5 drops of the herbal eyewash extract into each of the two CLEAN and STERILE eyecups (about 1oz), one for each eye (left and right). Then pour some boiling distilled water in each eyecup almost filling it to the rim of the eyecup glass. Then let the two full eyecup glasses cool normally to room temperature. (DO NOT USE UNTIL THE EYECUPS & EYEWASH SOLUTION HAVE RETURNED BACK TO ROOM TEMPERATURE. DO NOT USE IF EITHER EYE CUP GLASS CRACKED DURING THIS PROCESS). With contacts removed and once the eyecup and eyewash solution have cooled, tip head forward, put the eyecup with solution up to the eye and press it gently against the face with the eyecup surrounding the eye. Then tilt the head backwards, blinking the eye as though swimming under water. Blink a few times. There will be a burning sensation (during and slightly after this process), which will turn the eye red when using the eyewash, THIS IS NORMAL! (the burning sensation will go away) Repeat the same process with the other eye, using the clean solution (do not use the same eyecup for the other eye). The best time to do this procedure is before retiring for bed.

Store in a cool dry place.

I've been using it 6x per day 2-3drops at a time.....my vision improved from -3.75 to -3.25 within 2 weeks. Also my eyes look clear and no longer dry. I am determined to have perfect vision and I will continue using these drops until I reach my goal. Thanks to Dr Christopher!!

I have the beginning of cataracts so I am using the Herbal Eyebright formula. So far, my eyes feel better!

I’ve used for a couple of weeks now. For me the jury is still out on this one. When you first use it, it burns like Hades. If you are using this product for the first time. Do yourself a favor and only start with one drop. Then work your way up slowly. Don’t just jump in full strength. Because if you’re sensitive the burning sensations on the eyes will be nothing short of unpleasant. Well as far as the effects are concerned. My eyes seem to be completely bloodshot. You can clearly see enlarged red veins on what used to be a clear white area. I only started with one drop in distilled water and the whites of my eyes immediately turned bloodshot. They seem to have stayed that way. Even now my eyes still look terrible at least from a physical cosmetic standpoint. And there has been little, if any marked change in vision. Will I continue? Well, few things offer visible results right off the bat. Sometimes one must be patient. I am half way thru the bottle. And I’ll continue to use it once per day. Used as an eyewash and a tea. As it stands things don’t look that promising. However, I will finish this bottle and perhaps by that time there will be some improvement. Then I’ll see (no pun intended).

My 2 yr. old son had severe pink eye. I used this in some boiling water and put it on a towel and then over his eyes while warm. I also had him drink tea w/ it in and in 1 week it completely cleared up. I am also using it for my vision, putting it in my eyes using the boiling water method above, 1-2 times/week. My vision is becoming better. I love this product.

It is too soon to know if the product will help me. My eye is just as blurry and my vision got a little worse this week. I will continue to try and hope for improavement. why would you ask me to ra te the product a week after I receive it?

I have used this product for years, morning and night, as an eyewash. It has been such a blessing in my life! Before I started using the product, I had serious dry eyes and chronic eye infections with painful eye/headaches. I went to the doctor and tired every prescription he gave me. They would work only temporarily. When I started using Herbal Eyebright, I was surprised at how badly it stung, but I stuck with it because it made such a difference. Over time the stinging became much less and I gradually increased the drops per eye cup until I reached 6. My eye infections and dry eyes are completely gone. I am 62 and still have perfect vision.)
