My 4 1/2 year has ADHD and I have been giving the drops to him 2-3 times a day. I have seen a difference in his hyperactivity. The drops do not taste good at all. But my son does really good at taking them. I just have him take a bite of something before I give him the drops, and then after to get rid of the taste. I don't know if they could try adding some kind of citrus or fruit extract?
