I used Dr. Christopher's Birth-Prep with my first baby and I believe it helped me to have a swift labor and delivery. I highly recommend using this to help prepare for the birth of your baby!

I bought these herbs for my daughter who is due in May as I also took a very similar product back in the 1980's when I was pregnant for her! This is great stuff! I used it for 7 weeks before my son was born and for several weeks after, to help my uterus contract back to normal. I think it really helped, and My Natural Market has the BEST price on this product that I have been able to find.
