Other Ingredients: Rice flour, gelatin capsule. Does not contain tablet binders, coatings or colorings.
Directions: Adults and children 12 or more years of age, one capsule one to three hours before bedtime on an empty stomach, or as directed by a Health Professional. Alternatively, for a more immediate effect, pull a capsule apart and place 1/3 or all of contents of capsule under tongue, and then swallow. Best if used only 2 to 3 times per week in order to avoid morning grogginess and development of tolerance. Alternate this supplement with Ornithine. Calcium and magnesium can also be used to help you relax before bed.
CAUTION: Do not drive or operate machinery immediately following use of melatonin. Do not take if pregnant, lactating or under 18 years of age. Do not take if you have asthma or an autoimmune disease. Keep away from children.
