Description
Lugol's Iodine Solution Sanitizer by Dr Clark
- Dietary Supplement
- Food Sanitizer
Use Lugol's Iodine as a food sanitizer
Pour water into a container or sink and add enough Lugol's to give it a golden tint. Completely submerge produce for 1 or more minutes. Agitate food well. Rinsing is optional. DO NOT SAVE THE WATER FOR LATER USE. It will lose its potency.
Needless to say, our Modified Lugol's Iodine is manufactured with pure water and does not contain propyl alcohol. It is manufactured in conformity with Dr. Clark Protocols.
History of Lugol's and traditional use
Historically speaking, Lugol's is a solution of Iodine named after the French physician J.G.A. Lugol. Lugol's was first made in 1829. Lugol's Iodine has been used for decades by travelers to foreign lands to wash their fruit and vegetables. When animal refuse is used as fertilizer, or if produce is grown in distant countries where unfamiliar diseases abound, Lugol's may help.
Note:
Lugol's Iodine can "crawl" out of its bottle even when it is tightly closed! It can stain the sink and counter top. If this happens use Vitamin C immediately to make Lugol's colorless, then wipe away.
