I tried Prevagen to help with my memory. I had heard of the product, listening to a health show on the radio. I was sold. The web site even had a study done on sleep improvement. I took a whole capsule and my sleep was awful. I saw white sparks all night. I cut the dosage in half and my sleep was still affected. I cut it into thirds and still my sleep was disturbed. When a person has a few days of disturbed sleep, it is very easy to loose your composer. That is what happened and I stopped taking the product and sent three bottles back. I will never know if it improves your memory, just that it is hard to function on poor sleep.

I have been taking Kyolic Garlic tablets now for 6 weeks. I cannot express my glee when after taking these tablets for two weeks my blood pressure had dropped about thirty points. I am now taking one tablet in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. and my blood pressure is 117/75. what a difference. I highly recommend them.
