DIM-plus™ contains diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale. Unlike other plant nutrients such as soy isoflavones, diindolylmethane has unique hormonal benefits. It supports the activity of enzymes that improve estrogen metabolism. Scientific research shows diindolylmethane increases the level of "favorable" estrogens (2-hydroxy-estrogen) while reducing the level of "less flavorable" estrogens (16-hydroxyestrogen).

Patented Complex: DIM-plus™ contains BioResponse-DIM™ and its patented, enhanced bioavailability delivery system for diindolylmethane.

Enhanced Absorption: The bioavailability of DIM-plus™ is superior to regular diindolymethane and its unstable precursor, indole-3 carbinol (l3C). With DIM-plus™ you are assured a stabilized dose and consistent benefit from each capsule.

Extra Cruciferous Vegetables: DIM-plus™ also contains the unique Protectamins® cruciferous vegetable blend (spinach, cabbage and concentrated broccoli powders) for added phytonutrients.

Dosage
(Women): Take 2 capsules daily with food. (Men): Take 2 capsules twice daily with food. For intensive use (Women & Men): Take up to double the recommended dose.

Does Not Contain
Artificial coloring, flavoring, preservatives or dairy products. No gluten, salt, sugar, wheat or yeast have been added.

Precautions
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or lactating. A harmless but noticeable change in urine color may occur during usage.

My doctor told me to get DIM to reduce bad estrogen, it also has a side benefit of getting rid of hot flashes!!

I was having trouble sleeping because the night sweats were so bad and I had to keep waking up to take the covers off and put them back on. My sleep was very interrupted and being a long distance trucker it was important that I get my rest. I spoke to my local health store manager and she recommended DIM. I have been taking it now for 1 month and the changes in my hot flashes are amazing. I still have them but they are very mild and quite short and I can now sleep at least 5 hrs without waking up sweating. I cannot say that they have or haven't helped with reducing belly fat as I have been dieting and have lost 40lbs in the last 8 mths so not sure where DIM fits into this. I recommended it to a friend experiencing the same problems and she just started on them.
