I have severe allergies and asthma and this product helps both...especially with my asthma! I only take one in the am and one in the pm and I can see results within 2 days! Now I only take when my allergies/asthma get out of control!

I have been taking 2 with every meal three times a day when the first signs of a cold appear. Usually I only need to take that dose for two-three days and I can honestly say I have not had a cold that has wiped me out since I have had this in my cabinet! Wonderful product would highly recommend this product!

I have been using the oregaresp in the liquid form for about 2 years now. Was very skeptical at first and tried it at the request of my wife. I was amazed at the effectiveness of this product in minimizing the impact and length of the flu and colds. I do take, however, 20 to 30 drops (instead of the recommended 5 or so) every 4 hours.

I have taken the various North American Herb and Spice products for years and find the freeze dried version OregaRESP/Oregacyn formula to be more effective for flu and germ killing. It shortens colds/etc if taken after the cold starts but if taken at first symptoms--it wipes germs right out. Believe me--I have a very low immune system. I wouldn\'t be here without it.
