2 heaping scoops Nutiva Shelled Hempseed,

8 oz of water

1 ripe banana

1 handful strawberries, blueberries, or peaches

1 TBS green foods

1 dash vanilla

Directions:

Add 2-4 scoops (15g per scoop) of Hemp Protein Powder to a banana or favorite fruit or juice. Shake or blend with water. Add Nutiva Shelled Hempseed for a creamy, nutty flavor, and a dash of vanilla.

Im so pleased with my purchase of the Nutiva Hemp protein. Its the first protein powder I have ever used & the results are off the charts. I feel great all the time. Let me share a recipe I sort of developed: 8oz milk (almond or hemp) 1 organic banana 1 tblspn raw honey handful of berries ( I like black or blue or BOTH!) 1 tspn cinnamon 3-4 tblespn Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder 2 ice cubes add all ingredients in a blender and liquify *other options try adding a little piece of dark chocolate or add some hemp hearts they are good too

Great price. Just know that you have to refrigerate some and freeze some to keep the freshness once you crack open the bag. Not the best tasting but you can make it better by blending with fruit, yogurt, juice etc. Better than some other brands that make theirs taste good at the expense of all those calories.

Great product, this is my 3rd order ! Have to have my breakfast protein shake and add in some hemp seed oil, honey, banana, welch's grape juice, and some pureed pears ! Great product, great service, great value !

I use hemp protein before my workouts. I LOVE it because the ARGININE content is about 4g per serving (4 times as much as whey). It is not best as a post-workout protein shake, though. I just add it to either plain water or some juice. The only side effect is it seems to me that I sweat more--I never really sweated much before. I notice it because I am a hardcore weight lifter. I wish I had found out about years ago.

My Brother told me about this product. I tried a smaller one to see if I would like it. He is a Vegan and I am not, but like to eat Vegan for breakfast. Use this product with fruit and almond milk Mix the Hemph with "Jay Robb's Srpouted Brown Rice Powder" half and half. I was also impressed with the complete handling of the order. I have tried pretty much every protein powder in the market and was looking for something truly organic and natural. This one is an excellent source of protein. It takes a couple of weeks to adjust to the taste, but it's worthy. I mix it in a blender with 8 oz of water, 6 oz of plain fat-free Mediterranean- style yogurt, a little Stevia Plus, a piece of fruit (usually banana or papaya) and lots of ice. The yogurt takes over the chalky taste of the hemp and gives it a nice consistency. The perfect breakfast after a workout!
