Very effective at reducing my enlarged prostate. I take also with Zyflamend because Dr. Katz recommends it for a treatment for high PIN or Prostate cancer. 5LX is also in the new Everyman and Everyman II formula by New Chapter. Its in smaller doses but is good when my budget it a little tight and I can only afford to buy my multivitamin. These are the best prices around though.
