These gel gems have not changed in size!! They are the same size, very small and easy to swallow. I take 6,000 iu per day, and they have helped to lower bad cholesterol, raise my vitamin D levels from low/normal to higher levels that are wonderful. This has also helped to raise my good cholesterol.

Being deficient in vitamin D3 put one at great risk of disease.
It's like Sunshine in a gel cap.
Because in Iowa the sun is not strong enough esp.
in the winter 2 help the body make vitamin D3 I take it daily at least
5-6000 IU's a day. I'm always looking 4 products that are free of
Magnesium sterate. Many other products that Carlson sells does have it in but I won't purchase any of those. I want products that helps improve
my health not hurt it. The price is good here at mynaturalmarket and I'm ususally impressed with the fast delivery & the way they pack the products as not 2 send too big of a box & waste...

So far I have been able to take the Vitamin D3. I have had a problem with taking vitamins that I have bought over the counter.
This vitamin D3 has made me feel better.

I do not likethe fact they switch to larger size gel. Where is micro size?
