I have been using this for a couple weeks now. I have not lost weight as a result of using it yet, but it does seem to decrease my appetite so I eat less. I have ordered more as a result of the appetite suppression.

When you use this in conjunction with excerise and of course watching what you eat this is good. It really curbs the appetite too. I got back in a pair of jeans that were two small in about three weeks when I started Metaburn.
