first thing I used this coconut oil for was to pop corn and what a difference it not only popped better is had a better flavor and it is good for me!

I think this product is great. I use it for everything from eggs to whatever I make in my wok. (Usually basil fried rice.) I'm waiting for confirmation as to whether it is as healthy as it claims. I'm reading a lot, but right now it seems to be a gamble as far as health benefits. Because, as of now, it's being pushed by the same sort of people who claimed soy was so healthful. We'll see. I feel great. I don't think this Coconut Oil is having any sort of negative effect on my body. And, I just like it. So, for the product itself, I'm giving it a 5/5.
