I LOVE this thing, I upgraded from a brita so maybe that's not saying much but I did a lot of research and I found this to be the best bang for the buck! =D

We love this pitcher! Our water was actually pretty good but after using the pitcher we would never go back to just using tap. The pitcher does such an excellent job that I use it to fill water in the aquarium as necessary without having to add chemicals. Excellent product!

I loved my Aclare pitcher in the beginning. The water is really good. When I replaced the filter I didn't know how to reset the counter. I called the company and they told me that we had to keep track of how many gallons we use!! And that they were working on doing a new one that would reset itself when the filter is changed. Is that true? Oh well... :-(

I love the quality of the water this pitcher makes, but the pitcher is awkward to handle and very heavy. I wish the under the sink model did as good a job of filltering. The filler cap broke the first day I had it, but is still very useable. I got it to give me high quality water to drink and it does that very well. I may purchase another one to keep at room temperature for coffee, tea and cooking, but I wish they would improve the pitcher design before I spend anymore money. We had some quests one night and a 10-11 year old boy asked for a drink. After he drank his water, he said "Wow! You guys have really good water." How many kids would notice water quality?? All in all I'm pleased with it, but because of the pitcher design (not function) I can't give it the highest rating.

I love the quality of the water this pitcher makes. Too bad it has to be refilled by hand. We go thru a lot of water. I think we will get a second one for room temperature water to use to make coffee and tea. It improves their taste also. We had a small get together with some people, most of whom I didn't previously know. A 10-11 year old boy asked for a drink. After he drank his water he said "Wow, you guys have really good water." How many kids would notice water quality? Not to mention that our water right out of the faucet is really not very good.

I like the water, but not the pitcher. The flip lid for filling broke after about 75 gallons use. The counter has reset several times and I now have no idea how many gallons I have used. On the plus side it does not take long to filter the water, and I like the quality of the filter.

Have not tasted such good water. Easy set-up, know we will enjoy this product. Originally watched the son of the inventor of this water purifyer on Doug Kaufmann's "Know the Cause".

I have one of your air purifiers and the Aclare water pitcher. The filtered water is good, but I hate the pitcher. The handle is too big and hard to hold (especially if you have small hands and arthritis). When I turn it over to pour the water, the lid on top of the pitcher falls open. Also, I see no reason for the lip of the lid to extend so far past the spout of the pitcher. The handle is attached in such a way that there are small spaces at the top of the handle which can collect dirt and are very hard to clean without a small brush. I think this pitcher would be much easier to handle if it were smaller and if the handle was attached at both the top and the bottom of the pitcher. I had a Pur water filter before I got the Aclare and the pitcher to the Pur is so-o-o-o much better that I use the Aclare filter and filter my water into the Pur pitcher (which is actually a lot of trouble). I think you would be wise to have a woman redesign this pitcher. I think it's a shame that I can't even get my hand around this big old handle. I wouldn't recommend it . Good water, Bad pitcher
