I also suffer from Candida and took these capsules as indicated. After about 4-5 hours I started to feel the pain in my abdomen (liver) and in about 24 hours swelling of the liver was confirmed by doctor. I also had unusually heavy period with excess bleeding. As reported by Agi these capsules are really toxic and the culprit is undecylenic acid. There are better anti fungals in the market today. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Boosted immune system and was well tolerated but was not that useful as an anti-fungal. I have a systemic fungal infection stemming from the digestive system. Have been using the product for 3 weeks but whatever fungus is in my body seems to have built up a tolerance to the Undecylenic Acid.
However, I'm still using it to boost my immune system and the other compounds in it, i.e. Grapefruit Seed Extract are helpful to benefit other treatments as it increases the PH of the body. Along with the Neem, it is also an anti-viral and anti-bacterial which has to be positive.
Overall, I would not expect miracles from this product but it can be of use depending on your circumstances and when used in combination with other treatments/lifestyle changes. It is also good value and delivered quickly.

Undecylenic acid is one of the most effective anti fungals. I've tried everything: oregano, candex, probiotics, goldenseal, pau d'arco, even nystatin and diflucan. This is the first product that has really helped.
Agi from california was having a die off reaction, not a reaction to undecylenic acid. One needs to start slower if you have a fungal overload.

I have Candida and took the capsules as indicated 3x a day with meals. After some days I felt tired, foggy, my eyes got bad: I realized that it was a toxic load for my liver. I assume that the undecylenic acid is not for everybody's liver, too toxic, that's why it is generally only used externally. When I stopped taking it: 2 days later I felt good again.
make sure you can deal with it. My liver is very sensitive and I know how it feels when my liver cannot handle it.
