This product works.I take one capsule after dinner and the next morning I'm in the bathroon getting rid of all the food I ate.I had a bit of rosecea on my face and it's gone. I have been taking this product for about a year, so dont expect "overnight" results! I dont want to leave out that it also help with digestion.I also take oregano oil.

There seems to be improvement in my facial redness but I don't think I have taken the product lon enough to see optimal results.
