This is a brilliant product - very easy to take with no aftertaste. My kids, who do not like fish, have no trouble taking this product. The lemon flavour covers the fish taste. Being produced under freezing conditions limits the oxidation of the oil which further reduces the fish taste.
If you have trouble with the taste of fish - use this product, followed by a quick swig of orange juice and you'll be set.

My house is in the middle of a forest over-run with poison oak. I caught it so many times that for seven years I was almost constantly being given prednosonne (or however that cortisone med is spelled) by the doctor. Finally a friend told me just how dangerous that was to my health and suggested cod liver oil. End of poison oak. Also no more heels cracking open, dry skin or hair. In Dale Alexander's book Arthritis and Common Sense, and Dry Skin and Common Sense, he suggests a teaspoon to a tablespoon of cod liver oil with 2 oz. of whole milk blended together as it takes a different path through the liver and goes directly where it's needed. Out of all the many brands I've tried Carlson's is the best I've found.

As most people say it has no fishy taste. As of today I have been taking it for several weeks. have previously taken the fish-oil by Carlson fish oil; and ordered it by mistake. I will continue to use it; I hope it produces a noticeable affect.

There is no fishy taste. Almost wish had the non-lemon, but I do not add it to anything, just straight in spoon, after breakfast. My wife noted an improvement to her skin on hands and feet. Great price over local WFM, and shipping was very fast.

I first tried ordinary kind because we can't get Carlson's in my town. Yuk!
My Optomestrist actually insisted I take this for eye care and of course overall it is helping me feel better.
I am going to start my granddaughter on some children's castor oil if I can find a capsule age appropriate.

While I have taken Carlson Cod Liver Oil, I am wondering why the Fish Oil
has been discontinued. According to Dr. John Halver of University of Washington, the best is the fish oil which contains other fish besides cod such as sardines and others. Why was this removed from your list? I prefer ordering from MyNaturalMarket as the product is fresher.
