These work quite well in curbing my appetite. I have yet to see weight loss but that will come with a little more time and more exercise, I'm sure. From what I can tell after 2 weeks of use, these work great!

didn't find it helpful at all and actually had a violent allergic reaction to it resulting in days of antihistamines......
