The product is very good, it's soothing to the skin-takes away the discomfort. Pricey $ for the amount of salve in the jar; but it does a good job.

I love ALL of Dr. Christopher's products, and Cayenne Heat is no exception. By itself it is great for muscle aches and pains. Combined with Complete Bone and Tissue, however, it works wonders with Carpal Tunnel and arthritis.

This is great stuff been using it for years.
For deep pain, heat the area first then apply the ointment
I use it also on my 90 year old dad, he gets great relief.
