Much less mood swings. I take it about an hour or two before I go to sleep for the night - allows the body to absorb and distribute throughout body. Works well.

Best product I have purchased for hormonal problems. I took it with Female Reproductive Formula the first 2 months. Now this one is the only one I need. I think it is a good boost to take both together first.

Great product!! I have PCOS and have been working on reversing it as best as I can naturally. This along with other herbs I take is helping me to regulate my hormones. I have not had any side effects.
