I was disappointed in my results. I took 5 pills 5 times a day and had NO bowel movements. The pills had an awful smell that made me gag every time I took them. I needed my system cleaned out before I could take the soothing Digestion formula (wich also makes me gag, but I am going to keep up for the 2 weeks).

Great Solution for dogs as well

Fen LB or Lower Bowel Formula as it is now called, works wonders on dogs as well as people. My dog was seriously constipated and filled with gas which was all she could pass. After a little more than a week of giving her 2 capsules twice a day spread over her food, she was regular again. Don't just assume your dog is constipated though, have him/her checked by a vet first. But Fen LB will work very nicely to resolve the problem.

I have not had regular bowel movements since my hysterectomy three years ago. (This is a common problem after hysterectomy that doctors do not tell women about). I am now having at least one bowel movement a day when, before taking the capsules, I was having one bowel movement a week. This product does what it says it does and it is very reasonably priced. I would recommend this product to anyone with constipation and/or bowel issues; especially for women who have been hysterectomized.

Exellent! Not to be too graphic but my bowels are moving 1-2 times per day now. They were moving 2 times per week. Also my acid reflux is gone. I used to get it maybe once every week or so.

I used the lower bowel product and it made my constipation worst. I strongly Do Not recommend this product unless they want increased pain.

I was very impressed with this product. I used to use another product to help keep my bowels moving, but it was very exspensive and I cramped up a lot. And, I only took it at night after my last meal. With Dr. Christophes lower bowel formula, I don't cramp and take 2 caps with each meal. I have been getting 2-3 bowel movements each day and for that I am very thankful. I am taking this while on vacation because I can not do my green drinks - which keep me very regular.

It worked great… I took one extra because the recommended dosage was not working for me after about a week. So It loosen things up after I added the extra pill. ...Love the products...Also I would drink hot tea about 30-60 min after I took the pills and tried to drink a lot of water.

Outstanding customer service! I placed a small order, which was either stolen from my mailbox or lost by the post office. A friend of mine told me about the lower Bowel capsules. She purchased them at a local health food store. I live in a very remote area with no health food store close by. The Lower Bowel formula is one of the best products that I know of, that does the job of elimination, cleansing, and healing. When I have a health problem like a stuffy or runny nose, or a headache, I take two capsules three times a day and my problem is solved. It is not a cure-all but it is a wondeful herbal remedy for many problems. Dr. Christopher was a herbal pioneer and was inspired to leave us with his herbal products.

I love this product. At first I wasn't sure about it but I ordered it anyway and I'm glad I did.
This product works and in just 12 hours, I had instant relief. Everyone should use this product
and it works for teens as well. My son is 13 and he had acne all over his nose and forehead. After I gave him one capsule, once a day for 3 days, his acne was starting to clear up.
