I've taken these for about 8 days and so long as I take them they definitely help with chronic diarrhea but it returns after stopping them. I think the diarrhea is the result of gallbladder surgery, so it makes sense that it would return due to increase in bile production. This product, unlike others, does not cause excessive bloating or discomfort for me. I will definitely continue to use it.

This is an excellent product. I especially like the fact that it does not need refrigeration. I have tried other probiotics and this is the only one that does not cause discomfort.

I have been taking Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics for the last 2 weeks. I have been walking with a little bounce in my step, and for some reason, I feel like I have to tell everybody about them. Please give Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics a try. You won't be disappointed.

I suffered from acid reflux for almost 3 years until I learned about Dr. Ohhira's Probiotic. I am finally off prescription meds and my food alergies have gone away. Love this product and would recommend it to anyone suffering with gastro-intestinal upsets.
