This is a great product for any kind of digestive problem. It helps with all my "nervous stomach" issues and helps with elimination. It's expensive. I try to save by taking only one a day for most of the time.

Still at the 'trial' phase of this product, but I have noticed a significant reduction in my digestive bloating. Have yet to get a cold since taking this product, although I usually am quite susceptible. Will post amplifying comments as time goes on.

Dr Ohhiras probiotics were recommended by my doctor. I have been taking them for the past 3 months. There are no side affects & I am a believer that everyone should be taking a probiotic! I know I haven't been sick since I've been taking them & know they are a very good probiotic:) Also saved $ by ordering on this site.

The probiotics I ordered are the best probiotics I have ever used. I feel like my body is detoxing and my digestion is better than it has ever been before. I have more energy and a sense of well being. I take care to eat a healthy diet and exercise every day. I feel a big difference since I started taking these. This product arrived at my door within a few days. I will continue to order it from My Natural Market as the prices are the best I have found.
