Dear Dr. hristopher,
I ordered Garden OF LIFE DETOXIFIBER. I take one scoop once a day , as per the instruction. The instructions did not say how many times a day to take it to be effective. As it stands, it does not do much for me. If I take it 3 times a day, it may be more effective. Additionally, the other two formulas:The LIver and The Bloodstream. I have not started taking them, so I have no comments. I am not sure whether or not they could be taken simutaneiously with the Detoxifiber or not. I need more instructions. Thanks!
