Omega-Zyme Ultra works very well. I was listening to a radio show where they mentioned that often \"heart burn\" is not an excess of acid, but an absence of key enzymes needed to aid in the digestion of food. Since I\'ve started taking this, I rarely need to take my prescription (Proton Pump Inhibitor) for reflux and heart burn.
