It really wasn't what I expected, although it was very mild and I could do my job while on the product it was basicaly comparable to a mild laxitive. If it was getting all the gunk out I really couldn't tell. Overall, it was average at best.

This is one of the best cleaners I have found. I did have a headache while I was detoxing, but that let me know it was really working.

I COULD NOT USE PERFECT CLEANSE BECAUSE IT CAUSED ME TO CRAMP TO MUCH.

I've tried several other products of this type and found this to be gentle and soothing in use.
