Super fast shipping. Quality product. I don't snack as much when I take this supplement. I have found if I take it too late at night it disturbs my sleep. It doesn't make me jittery like caffeine it just makes it hard to fall asleep. Better taken before 3pm. Highly recomend to anyone who crave sweets after dinner.

I have tried many different brands of CoQ10, and this is the best by FAR! I have more energy than I did when I was 25! I like that this company uses olive oil instead of soy oil like many others.
