My wife had acid reflux and didn't know it. She just complained about heartburn and digestion issues.
After a lot of research about her symptoms, and more to select a probiotic, I ended up with iFlora. It had a different name when I first purchased it.
Anyway, within a few weeks, my wife could not believe the difference.
That was more than two years ago. Since then, I have recommended this product to two other people with similar symptoms. They got the same positive results. So, I guess three out of three ain't bad.

Overall this is a good product. It doesn't cause gas. I didn't use it everyday. The pills turns wet in just 2 months. I kept it in the same location I kept my other brands probiotics, only this one experience wetness on the pills. My other probiotics pills can last more than 2 years after opening and still effective without the wetness. Sedona Labs should improve their packaging seriously. I'm quite disappointed with the wasted pills.
