I have been taking Beta Glucan for over 6 months. I have Fibromyalgia and within 3 days after starting it, I felt better. Within a very short time, it took away a lot of the symptoms I was experiencing. I stopped clenching and grinding my teeth at night, the worst of the pain is gone, I sleep straight through the night without waking several times and I wake up rested, I also have very few nerve jolts (feels like being tazered). I am not stiff and sore when I wake up. I ran out for a week and will never allow that to happen again. All of the symptoms returned.
