Recently, I volunteered to work in a hurricane shelter as I am a nurse. Several of the people I took care of were diagnosed with Strep throat. Also, one person had a Staph infection. There were other people that had bad coughs. Because I'd been taking this product for about a month, I feel it saved me from getting sick, too. The product has made me feel jittery if I didn't eat before taking it or didn't eat more than a salad.
