If anyone thinks there are too many pills, just close your eyes and imagine you're swallowing a big chewed bite of a steak or cheese burger, etc. !!! The DCMF capsules will do far more for one's HEALTH than any other thing anyone endures swallowing !

To many pills to take at one time, even if you split them up to take twice a day.. 12 pills, 12 to many

I have been taking this product for 2 months now, I have been feeling better, but I am a little concerned if I am truly getting everything I need from this supplement. I think Whole Food supplements might be better.. I am going to give a try for a while longer and go from there.

Website is very easy to navigate. I have always recieved my purchase before the time indicated, in perfect conditon, and carefully packed. The prices are also much lower then the actual website.

I order Damage Control Master Formula for my son who is disabled and has a lot of pain. The vitamins reduce the pain and improve his ability to function mentally and physically. I wish some very good medical research could be done to determine if this vitamin formula might used in standard medical pain treatment.

I have been taking Damage control for a few months. My health seems to be doing better. I like the individual packets and that they are capsules and not tablets for better absorbtion in the intestine. I would not spend this kind of money if I didnt have confidence in Mark Sisson and the GMP of the company. I recommend these to anyone that is really serious about their health..... Sincerely Jeff

I ordered Damage Control vitamens for my son who has a chronic, painful spine condition. In the past he took them regularly and they help lower the degree of pain. The product is wonderful and so was your customer service.

I am a RD, LD/N,CDE, to make it simple a nutritionists and I have been taking DC Master Formula and your omega 3 FA while following Dougs
Phase I and II alternating for almost a year. I have gotten off my Boniva, no more pain, I use to spend a lot of $ at the chiropractors office but it is seldom I need to go unless I just do too much with all my new energy and wellness. To anyone thinking about this suppl it is well worth it I used to go to the health food store and buy separately and did not get as much for the $ but mainly it was like having a part-time job to count them out every day and many overlapped or had less than I wanted. Now it shows up at my door and in the mornings I grab and head out to work. It is wonderful, I highly recommend it. God Bless, keep it up.
